When I met Jen the CEO at ITC I recognised instantly that she knew that the difference that makes the difference in business is it’s people.

Jen had been CEO for two years and successfully turned a failing business around to create a hugely successful business and during a time when many other travel companies were leaving the market.

She also knew her 100 employees had worked hard during these challenging times often pushing themselves to breaking point.

Jen wanted more than anything for the employees to feel great at work and love doing what they did.

Clearly the business was in a good place but where her team?

Working with ITC we were able to identify exactly where the business was in terms of feeling great at work and put a plan in place to achieve Jen’s vision of this being The Best place to work.

Jen also put an even more demonstrable measure of success on this project by adding we want to be in The Times Top 100 places to work.

I worked with ITC for a year and continue to work with this organisation which I love as the CEO truly lives the company values and wants the best for her teams.

Cloud Ten worked on:

  • Values
  • Vision
  • Recruitment processes
  • Workshops focused on mind set and motivation
  • 1:1 Coaching
  • Leadership Courses
  • Management Courses
  • On line development

I quite literally became a part of the business and their success is as important to me as anyone.

Jen also introduced some fantastic team building events and feel good factors such as massage at work, fitness programmes and chill out areas.

ITC also felt it important to put a new visual stamp on the offices and redesigned rooms and corridors to reflect and demonstrate exactly what the culture of the business is about.

Not only did the business achieve double digit growth in a year when many similar companies were struggling to stay in business. The culture in the business is focused, calm, creative, and has a fabulous team ethic, as everyone has learnt more about themselves and what being a team means.

I was kindly invited to their Christmas party which was a wonderful event ,ITC  knows  how to have fun and create time to celebrate their success.

Oh yes and of course I attended the Times Top 100 awards dinner and felt so proud to see ITC achieve a momentous spot for a debut entry in to this prestigious awards.
